Buyback prices are based on many factors, including the timeliness of textbook information provided by the professors, enrollment figures, the condition of the book, and Kennedys existing stock. Given the frequent fluctuations in the value of textbooks, Kennedys cannot give exact price quotes until the book is brought into the store for inspection. The best time of year to sell your textbooks is at the end of the fall and spring semesters. At this point, Kennedys will know what texts are being used for the upcoming semester, and will pay top cash for your books. When selling your books mid-semester, most offers will be based on the current wholesale value of your textbooks.
