Textbooks

With a valid sales receipt, textbooks may be returned for their full purchase price or rental price up to the date posted by KBS management. Refunds will be made in the same payment method used to purchase the books originally (cash or credit).

ALL BCTC First summer terms - May 18, 2013

Textbooks for classes that do not start during the first week of the semester will be  given five business days (counting Saturdays), beginning with the day the class starts, for a full refund.

Textbook Rental Return Dates

UK 4- WEEK -   June 5  , 2013
UK 8-WEEK - August 2, 2013

Textbooks must be returned in the exact same condition as purchased, with NEW textbooks free of marking or damage to the covers and pages. Diskette and CD-ROM packs must be unopened. Textbooks purchased NEW but returned in USED condition will be refunded at the used price of the textbook if Kennedy Book Store still has a need for the title; if not, the book will be purchased back at its current wholesale value.

We are UNABLE to accept returns on the following items:
*Cliff Notes, Study Aids, or Test Preps
*Computer Software that has been opened
*Special Orders of textbooks or general merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items for a full refund as long as the following guidelines are observed:

1. The return must be received within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
2. The items must be in new, resaleable condition.
3. The original receipt, or a copy of the original receipt, must be enclosed in the package with the returned item. If the original receipt is not available or the return is made after 30 days, you may make an exchange.
4. All returns / exchanges must include a completed return form.
5. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
6. Sale merchandise and dated merchandise is non-returnable.
7. A $5.00 shipping and handling fee will be applied to each mail order exchange.

Greek Shop

Greek items may be returned for a refund within 30 days with a dated receipt if the items are in new, resaleable condition. Without a receipt of after 30 days, the items may be exchanged. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the purchase date. All sales are final on clearance items dated merchandise, and special orders.
