Textbooks
With a valid sales receipt, textbooks may be returned for their full purchase price or rental price up to the date posted by Kennedy's Wildcat Den management. Refunds will be made in the same payment method used to purchase the books originally (cash or credit).
Textbooks must be returned in the exact same condition as purchased, with NEW textbooks free of marking or damage to the covers and pages. Diskette and CD-ROM packs must be unopened. Textbooks purchased NEW but returned in USED condition will be refunded at the used price of the textbook if Kennedy Book Store still has a need for the title; if not, the book will be purchased back at its current wholesale value.

Textbooks for classes that do not start during the first week of the semester will be given five days, beginning with the day the class starts, for a full refund.
