Fixing the problem

...regarding your thoughtfulness and professionalism in handling my broken KENTUCKY rhinestone pin. I called upon receiving the broken merchandise and within a couple days I had my new replacement pin. I've been a fan of Kennedy's since the late 60s. I will always remain such.
