Kennedy’s donated 59 boxes (approx. 885 books) to the International Book Project last month. Many of these books will be used for a college textbook shipment IBP will send later this year to a university in Albania. Others will go to support Books as Bridges program participants in third world countries such as Ghana and Gambia. Congratulations to the University of Kentucky Solar Car Team for finishing the 2010 American Solar Challenge! Kennedys is proud to be a sponsor of the Gato del Sol IV which travelled over 1300 miles to finish the challenge.
